Registration will be confirmed if payment is received by the Congress Office by 25 May 2021. Should payment be received after this date, you will receive your confirmation at the Congress Counter in Vienna. Please bring a copy of your bank remittance with you.

Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of the registration and payment. Payment of the registration fee is to be made by credit card or bank transfer. Bank drafts and cheques will not be accepted.

Please note that once you have booked a registration fee, it cannot be changed anymore and is binding. Please double-check your booking before completing your registration.

In case of cancellation until 25 January 2021 the payment will be refunded, minus a handling charge of 25%. No refund will be made after 25 January 2021.

All refunds will be processed after the congress.

Changes to the Congress Programme

In the event of cancellations by speakers or other changes in the main congress programme, no full or partial refund of the registration fee can be made.

Abstract Submission

The acceptance of submitted abstracts simultaneously results in binding registration of the speaker to attend the conference. The registration fee must be paid immediately after receiving the abstract acceptance. Onsite registration for presenting authors is not possible. If the author withdraws a contribution accepted by the scientific committee and printed in the abstract book, registration for the conference will be maintained and there will be no refund of the registration fees.

Loss of Name Badge

Each registered participant will receive a name badge upon arrival. For organisational and security reasons, we request that all participants and exhibitors wear their badges at all times during the congress.

EUR 50,00 must be paid to acquire a new name badge in the event that the name badge, which at the same time entitles the holder to attend the congress, is lost. This charge is non-refundable.
